Order Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed on www.riob.in are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During festivals, promotional periods, or high order volumes, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended.

Shipping Locations
Riob currently ships within India only. All deliveries are subject to courier partner serviceability in the customer’s location.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify Riob within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label. Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibility
Riob shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, or incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to re-delivery requests shall be borne by the customer.
