Riob is a brand owned and operated by Furrever Food LLP. This Returns & Refund Policy governs all purchases made on www.riob.in. Due to the nature of pet food products, returns and refunds are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns Policy
All Riob dog biscuit products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Reporting a Return Issue
Customers must report any eligible return or refund request within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Associated Costs
If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, Riob will provide instructions for returning the product. If a customer refuses delivery or returns an order for reasons other than damage or incorrect product, all shipping, return, and handling charges shall be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated only after the returned package is received and verified by Riob / Furrever Food LLP. The refund process may take 5–7 business days from the date the returned product reaches our facility. Applicable shipping, return, and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.

No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided if the product has been opened or used, if the return request is raised after 24 hours of delivery, if the issue is due to customer preference or change of mind, or if delivery failure occurs due to an incorrect address or refusal by the customer.
